With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I’ve made sure the App is the latest. 3.86 from 2 weeks ago. I’ve reset. I’ve restarted my iPhone. I’ve told my Bluetooth to forget the Charge 4. I’ve started again. Sometimes it eats found the connecting - and nothing happens. Sometimes I get the 4 digit code and, eventually the tracker says (as you say) ‘update the Fitbit app’. IT’S UPDATED!!

Its charge 4 .. however tried every thing but not happening snd i wont buy new one fyi

Suddenly, after trying yet again, my phone and Charge 4 decided to link / even thought the tracker gave the ‘Update the app’ message again. Now my Fitbit syncs. Even though I have been wearing my Fitbit every day I have no data from 19th July until last night.

My fit bit stopped connecting and syncing May 2023 and I can't get it to work again. I have done everything in order stated above, I get to the point where my iphone app says it's connecting to Fitbit after the code is put in but all it does is rotate.......never connects. I've just paid my renewal 79$ and I'm to the point where it should work expecially if we are paying for it. At least we should have a diagnostics, wtf... So it never works and we can't figure out why. My my we consumers are getting hosed..Time to jump to iwatch, something that works.
