@Luismazcu @stellow , Thank you for your efforts and messages.
Please verify that there is no Fitbit app update available .
Make sure there is no Bluetooth device connected to or nearby the mobile device . (headphones, keyboards, etc.)
Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

Best AnswerAs of yesterday my charge 4 stopped syncing. I have also followed all these steps with no luck. I can't reconnect it as a different device because the Charge won't connect to the phone's Bluetooth, even though the phone recognizes the Charge as a potential pair.
I just got mine to sync, but I had to completely disconnect/remove the device first. When reconnecting/adding the device, I initially had a lot of trouble getting it to add. I think the phone app kept timing out. But I got it to work by periodically tapping my phone screen to not allow it to time out and it eventually connected and synced.
Sorry for the longwinded answer.
In any case, I fear that the Charge 4 will soon outdated and made obsolete

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your comments and further efforts.
Please make sure that you all have the latest Fitbit App version available. (V.4.28).
To check the version installed. Tapp on your profile picture (upper right corner) and then help.
On the top you'll see the app version used.
After the installation, please turn your phone off/on.
Open the Fitbit App. If your device is paired to you account, swipe the dashboard down to force the synchronization.

@stellow , Thank you for your message. The update I was referring to was for the Fitbit app .
To update it, you don't need for the devices to be paired.
After the update of the Fitbit app, try to pair the Fitbits with your account again as a new devices.

Best AnswerI have the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to ensure it's the latest version, turned off Bluetooth in the phone, rebooted the phone and the fitbit, turned Bluetooth back on, then went to the app to pair the fitbit as a new device. It does not work. The phone sees the device but the app gives a "something went wrong " error. When I hit try again, it searches endlessly and never pairs.
Best AnswerExperiencing the same issues as everyone else here. I have run through all of the suggested fixes at least twice. Disconnected, rebooted, reset, updated software / app, reset password, and I too am having problems pairing the tracker with the phone. It just times out and says something is wrong do you want to try again? But no matter how many times I reset , turn off Bluetooth turn on Bluetooth and try again over and over and over again in the last 24 hours, it is not working. It appears it may be an issue with the latest Android update - so I read in other forums. Fitbit needs to figure out a fix to this problem.

Best AnswerI too am having problems getting my charge 4 to work. Stopped syncing 2 days ago. I went to troubleshoot errors and followed all the ideas to resync it. Deleted app reinstalled and followed all the steps to reload. Seems like its stuck in the download step on the charger. Tries to connect but comes up with the something wrong error. If this is a app issue please fix.
Best AnswerHi JuanFitibit,
I'm also experiencing the same frustration as everyone else mentioned for the last three days.
Another setback that I've now discovered is that the version of the Fitbit that previously worked on Microsoft on my computer is not available anymore and thus I cannot even try to sync via my laptop which I did previously when my phone was stolen.
I just checked the other forums to see if it is only Charge 4 having problems syncing or other devices as well, and it seems all devices stopped syncing about the same time.
Please do find and correct the problem ASAP since I'm losing my sleep stats which is needed at this time.
It's also school exam time and extra steps due to long invigilation may now also be lost in the process.
Isn't there a way to be able to sync via a computer/laptop even just for now?
