Charge 4 not charging

I can’t tell whether it’s the charger or the actual Fitbit but my charge for will no longer except the charge….I’ve cleaned the posts with alcohol and a Q-tip but no go

 

this is my 2nd charge 4 having received a replacement a while ago….and my 4th Fitbit in as many years… could this just be planned obsolescence? 

suggestions?

thisnis my 3rd Fitbit and my charge four has stopped charging.  I have cleaned it tried two charging cables.  Any suggestions?

I assume, according to your description, that you both already read this, right?:Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
