Hi, 

I've searched this topic but not found a solution that works.

My Charge 4 doesn't map my walks or runs, Ive tried all settings for GPS, and nothing has ever worked.

When you start a recording on your Charge 4 does it show on the display that a GPS connection was successful?

 

In the meantime, please have a look at this: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

No it doesn't. It does start connecting for runs though

Im such a wally! Ive just seen under walk I can scroll up and saw gps was off!! Whoops, thank you for your reply and help
