Charge 4 not tracking

Hi there, 

Up until yesterday afternoon, my charge 4 was tracking everything as it should be however I noticed during my run yesterday evening, all steps, floors, km, active minutes were zero with a blank heart rate. 

When I came home, I reset my charge 4 and thought nothing more of it. 

Today, all trackers on the watch are still zero/blank - same on the app, there are no metrics recorded (sleep, heart rate, exercise). I read through some forums with the same issues and done the following:

  1. Remove your Charge 4 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Charge 4 using the charging cable.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Charge 4, tap replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.

None of the above worked - at the moment, my Charge 4 is only useful as a watch and not much else. It's as if one of the sensors has broke. 

 

Can you advise as this is very frustrating?
