I am receiving my text messages on Charge 4, but not vibrating to alert me, even though vibrating on notifications is selected. I have restarted my phone several times and reinstalled app. Any suggestions?

Thanx ~ that may have worked for me! i couldn't feel the vibration notification reminders to walk.  Mine was on so hopefully that will work. I will know in about 5 minutes 🙂 now if i could get the charge to last longer than a day or two and stay connected to my bluetooth i might be happy.  i can live with less clock face choices for less money.  i love the dark purple and the bangle band.

i may have to return mine too, loved my versa 2 but didn't want to pay $200 for another 😞

i love the bangle band and the quick attach compared to the versa 2 and trying to get those pins in both sides and then both side of the band, very frustrating.

Update:

did you take it back?  i agree things were confusing whether on the app, the phone or the watch.  mine is only I phone 5 or 6 so i had thought maybe it wouldn't stay paired because of that but not after reading these forums.

did the dnd work for you? I still have a minute to see if my vibrations started working.  my bluetooth doesn't stay connected though either... i just started using mine this week and turned off my versa 2 which stays charged the same amount of time but if finicky about charging.  Yeah the notification worked.  got to get my steps in now!!

my vibration worked ~ wish all problems were solved so easily.  yours is staying paired better now? or was that a problem?

What indicates if the DND is on?
Lit up?

Or dim?

Thanks

Awesome! Thank you for the tip. I had accidentally put my Fitbit in sleep mode and screen was dim and no vibrations. All notifications worked before. No need to swipe after holding button from clock screen. Just touch DND and sleep to turn on/off. Lit up and Bright is on. Minus sign is off😁
