Fitbit has sleep data in app after syncing, but shows No Data for sleep on the Fitbit itself

Sleep metrics were syncing but oxygen variation has inexplicably stopped syncing After the last two nights. Every other sleep metric is still there. Any reason?

Hi,
I'm having the same issue. I can see sleep data in the app on my phone but nothing on my Charge 4. I've got the latest updates installed, have rebooted it, resynced and still nothing.

I suffer the same bug. It's only a visualization issue on the tracker as the sleep is correctly registered in the app. I hope it is going to be fixed in the next update that hopefully is coming soon.

It could be a coincidence but ... yesterday I set a weight goal and I constantly got "sleep is not tracked" on the device despite several syncs. It had worked until then. I deleted my weight goal and after a sync it once again showed the duration of my sleep.

Is there a solution for this problem yet? I have the same thing. Sleep tracking works and shows up on the ap on the phone but on my Charge 4 screen reads no score and no data. I don't mind not being able to have the data on it. I hate having the space for it there but never populated.

I have the same issue with No Data for sleep on the Charge 4 display. So frustrating. Also can't update to latest firmware - I don't even have the option to update - and thus can't install Spotify app. Not very happy. Have synced, have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone, made sure Fitbit app continues to run in the background on my phone, deleted the device from my phone and Fitbit account and added it again, rebooted the device, restarted my phone, done everything that's recommended and no dice. Got the Charge 4 yesterday and am very disappointed. 😞

The sleep data not showing on the graph on the Fitbit app only happens when you sleep through midnight. If the entire sleep duration in in the same day it registers fine. If it crosses midnight it places one data point and then try’s to graph left, instead of right. Several folks have verified this is the problem, and nobody has proven it wrong.
