I have a Charge 4.
It stopped receiving texts/calls/etc., on the tracker.
I tried EVERY SINGLE TROUBLESHOOTING FIX Fitbit support said to do...Several times each.
Nothing works.
What I tried:
1. Hard reset
2. Delete app and re-install
3. Checked all settings (do not disturb, sleep, airplane mode, etc.).
4. Made sure phone and Fitbit app had notifications turned on.
5. I've chatted with Fitbit support several times, and they could not help at all.
Any other ideas? Has this happened to you?

Mine is exactly the same and now I can't even connect it to the fitbit app, keeps telling me to update app when there is no update, worst buy I've ever bought

Hi, @FearlessLeader and @Michele12002 please let us know what phone you are using. It is important to know this when troubleshooting missing notifications. Someone may be able to help with more information.

Hi im using s10 android. Worked fine up until 2 months ago, now I can't add it to the app even after deleting it and redownloading it

I just spent a while on the phone with Fitbit customer support. I might be able to talk you through the troubleshooting I did which got mine to work. Let me know if you'd like to chat.
