Charge 4 stopped working after the update

The new update is faulty it is causing problems start making call to fitbit and let them know!

same thing has happened to me with my charge 4 and all they did was offer me a 35% discount to a new fitbit instead of offering a new solution to their awful update...even a way to remove the update would help. and another way to bypass the 4digit pair code
