Just changed my phone to iPhone 13 can’t get my Fitbit to sinc with the phone It’s a Fitbit 4

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check that it doesn't have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

I can't think of anything else to try. If nobody else suggests anything you could try contacting Fitbit's customer support team via contact.fitbit.com

I had this problem changing phones. I logged out of the old phone app and was able to use the new phone as when I was logged into both it would only sinc to one.
