My Fitbit Charge 4 would not sync, so in the attempt to get it to sync-
deleted and reinstalled app
restarted my iPhone
turned off Bluetooth
deleted device from app (none of the above had worked)
attempted to reconnect device
entered 4-digits from Fitbit screen
‘download or upgrade app’.
repeated this process several times.
