Like dozens of others it won't sync,  did every procedure , still nothing. Most times it can't locate the futbit, when it does it times out or says it needs an app to connect.

Looks like the last time it could sync wad the same day the Samsung has a SW upgrade...

Same issue here, no sync after android 13 update on phone (Fold 3).

Same issue here. Sync not possible. My carge 4 is no longer visible under bluetooth devices. This happened after the I updated my fitbit app a couple of weeks ago. I also had to log in to the updated app -this never happened before either. I've always been "logged in" when opening earlier versions of fitbit. I've tried just about all there is with no result. 😞
