Charge 4 won't sync

Good morning, my Charge 4 is not syncing. Can you help?

They will not be able to help, its due to the last android update which wasnt tested by fitbit

Mine is doing the same, the only way I can get it to sync is forget the device on Bluetooth, go back into the app, turn off Wi-Fi, sync and ew-pair when prompted. However it need to be down every time I go into the app. Very annoying.
