Charge HR Serial Number without Original Box

Hi

My Fitbit Charge HR is currently under warranty with a local supplier and has a few problems, however I require a serial number to process the warranty, I do not have the original packaging, where can I find it?

I have checked old posts and they say to check for the 12 Hex code here:  https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device/tracker/<Serial_Number> , is this correct?

No it is not, I compared it to my serial number recently.. Many stores scan both the barcode and serial number at the time of purchase, they should have a record but maybe won't be able to pull it up.. It also might be on the receipt which you also don't have. 

 This means your only a to contact.fitbit.com.

Can you seen the serial number in fitbit app?

No, the only way to get the serial for a Charge HR is from the box or
marine contacting Fitbit
