Charge HR Still not syncing after update

My charge HR is Still not syncing with my android even after latest update. I realize its an older model but the function is perfect and worked perfectly before all this syncing stuff happened. I even deleted app and reinstalled. Also it wont let me contact any sort of support or help. Wouldnt be so frustrating if I could talk to someone to at least know it will eventually be fixed. Everything jist keeps telling me to install update which I have.

Sorry to hear about this. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
