My Fitbit charge HR is having charging problems😒 and don’t know what to do
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.
Hello @Hockins
I would try restarting your Fitbit Charge. You will not lose any of your data doing so. Look here to see how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm Also, check your charger and make sure the pins are clean as well as. Look here for instructions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005.htm
Also try changing the outlet
😃Let me know if these steps answered your question and resolved the issue.
Best AnswerHello, i do as You say, but nothing change. I put my charge3 to fill up batery, screen see 100%, but 2 min and c3 shut down, batery life 0%, they say.
Best AnswerHello @Viktorija
Did you try restarting your Charge HR? If you did so and your still experiencing issues I would contact Fitbit Customer Service here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
Best Answer@Hockins The Charge HR was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2017. The type of rechargeable battery in a Fitbit has a lifespan of 3-5 years. I believe your Charge HR reached the end of its battery lifespan.
@Viktorija Your Charge 3 is a newer model, but also discontinued. You can try a restart immediately after you get the battery to 100%, but there is a good chance your battery is also at the end of its lifespan.
