My clock is 7 minutes slow. How do I adjust it to the correct time? I have already restarted it 3 times, by plugging it in to the charger, pressing the button for 10 seconds, waited for V4 to show on the display, then released button, and unplugged from the charger.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

I logged out, logged back in, and synched my device to my iPhone once again. I did not have to do a restart or register as a new device. (My problem was that my computer (MAC) and iPhone both registered the time change, and my data was correct for the new time, but the clock on my HR2 was still showing Daylight Saving Time. After completing the above three steps (not the five recommended), my HR is showing the correct time again.

Hi Larry/Ohio,
I'm a little confused on your comment of " BTW, Fitbit fitness trackers are not recommended for children" maybe I'm wrong but don't Fitbit sell them for kids? There is a "Fitbit Ace 2" on the website because I was looking at it for my grandkids. Please help me out here.
Thanks, Rendy

Same here! Time is different than my synced smart phone on 3 different Fitbit devices, including my newest, the Charge 5! I've done all the fixes I could find, nothing has worked. How is this NOT a Fitbit problem, as opposed to a user issue that I am led to believe? I can't believe I bought a new one, guess I'll never learn. And why said Fitbits aren't for kids, why do they make a model for them then? 🤷🤦

Hi @beesting63
I have also had issues with this what I did is I connected to WiFi on my Fitbit and it corrected itself!
to do that:
1. Click on profile icon in app
2. Click on Fitbit icon
3. Scroll down the menu until you see “Wi-Fi Settings”
4. Click on Wi-Fi Settings
5. Connect to a Wi-Fi network
6. your done!
6.5. Re-sync your Fitbit if it didn’t work automatically
