Ok. I have done every step I could find in Community and with the fitbit support.. What have I missed. Tracker worked up to a few days ago on my phone. Had intermittent syncing ( had to press a few times) and stopped syncing altogether.
I have
turned off bluetooth on all other devices on phone
Have re-set up the device on my phone ( but getting a message that it needs to be paired)
Tracker doesnt show up on bluetooth list
reset tracker but plugging into cable . doing the 12 sec count to see the icon and released.. Nothing still
Did the same by downloading the fit bit app., after shutting down my bluetooth on my phone. Shows connection failed, despite unit being fairly close to the pc and both the pc and tracker are fully charged. Anyone have success in finally making this work for them or is the tracker dead?
