Hello,

 

My Charge HR every time that gets uncharged won't sync with my phone like it used to before. I have to go on and restart the Fitbit in order for it to luckily sync the first time around. Sometimes I have to restart it a couple of times.

@Mariekatherine7 I'm not understanding where you see the wi I off. Your Charge HR doesn't communicate through WiFi and the app doesn't care if you use WiFi or cell data.

I gave up on Fit bits.  I now have an Apple iWatch and love it

@KarenK2 without knowing which Fitbit you have,  I suggest looking addy the bottom of the page and tap on Help. Now type restart into the search field. 

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Troubleshoot a problematic device by turning it off and then back on
