My new charge hr is set up and connected to my Fitbit account, however just this morning it has suddenly dropped dead. The weird thing is it’s on full charge, and the only thing my Fitbit will show is the battery percentage when plugged in to the charger.
I have tried restarting multiple times, but it’s still not working.
How do I fix this?
