just received my fit bit charge. says its fully charged but left it on charge while i sorted the app all was well. take it off charge nothing nada zilch. won't light up won't start up, phone doesn't find it. put it back on charge the phone finds it but says its fully charged i have removed and tried again same thing. is it broken? its brand new or am i being thick and missing an obvious step
