I am trying to set up an old Charge2 on my wife's phone. FB keeps telling me that her E-mail address is associated with another account and won't let me use it. I tried an alternate E-mail and got the same message. How do I delete a Fitbit account that doesn't exist?

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2. You can try recovering the password for the email address you are using. After this either setup the device or delete the account.

Make sure the Fitbit device syncs with your phone/laptop, the time will automatically get set.
