Charge 4 worked UK first thing this morning but now has black screen with white line which never updates. Have tried changing the clock screen but it won't sync to a new clock and just stays stuck. Have tried factory reset no joy. Turned off and back on bluetooth no joy... What else can I do? I also tried cleaning the back and the charger as that worked in the past too but still no joy.
