I bought the charge 3 brand new yesterday, followed all instructions for set up and my partner bought one too.
I've now had to charge mine for a 3rd time as it completely drains, while my partners is still fully charged.
Any ideas what I should do

Hi @Bec1890 Id suggest you return it to the store you bought it from for an exchange. It sounds faulty.
