I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for less than a year. Today it has decided to not charge. I have done all the different things listed in various posts but still will not charge. What do I do now?

Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Am having exactly the same issue. Have tried resetting and that won't work. I have emailed Fitbit this morning to report.
