Hello,
I got a brand new Fitbit Charge 3 and I am trying to change the clock face. I selected my option and it just spins. Nothing happens. I have a supported phone. How do I fix this?
Thank you.
Hi @AlyM,
Have you cleared the Fitbit app cache on your phone? Is your phone's Bluetooth on?

Best AnswerSame here... I'm lucky that I was able to sync again yesterday, after 10 days. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Unfortunately, it looks like it's not syncing today. I gave up on the clock face, keeps spinning for me too, but the battery is full.
Best AnswerWell that is super irritating. Mine seems to be syncing for the steps and that stuff. If I can't get the clock face to work I'll have to send mine back as I partly use it as a watch. Maybe I will try to reinstall the app as you had done.
Best AnswerReinstalling the app seemed to solve my issue. Thank you for the idea! Hopefully you can find some resolve for yours.
Best AnswerHi, had the same issue driving me mad having just purchased the Charge 3.
I fixed my clock and app issue by updating my Fitbit iPhone App via the Apple Appstore and everything works correctly now.
The Fitbit update is a complete change to the screens and features!
It also nags you to "upgrade" to their Premium version...plus a Covid-19 icon.
