Hello,
I got a brand new Fitbit Charge 3 and I am trying to change the clock face. I selected my option and it just spins. Nothing happens. I have a supported phone. How do I fix this?
Thank you.

Hi @AlyM,
Have you cleared the Fitbit app cache on your phone? Is your phone's Bluetooth on?

My Bluetooth was on and I did clear the cache. I still have the issue.

Same here... I'm lucky that I was able to sync again yesterday, after 10 days. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Unfortunately, it looks like it's not syncing today. I gave up on the clock face, keeps spinning for me too, but the battery is full.

Well that is super irritating. Mine seems to be syncing for the steps and that stuff. If I can't get the clock face to work I'll have to send mine back as I partly use it as a watch. Maybe I will try to reinstall the app as you had done.

Reinstalling the app seemed to solve my issue. Thank you for the idea! Hopefully you can find some resolve for yours.

Hi, had the same issue driving me mad having just purchased the Charge 3.
I fixed my clock and app issue by updating my Fitbit iPhone App via the Apple Appstore and everything works correctly now.
The Fitbit update is a complete change to the screens and features!
It also nags you to "upgrade" to their Premium version...plus a Covid-19 icon.
