I have the Fitbit app on my phone as well as on my computer.
They do not seem to share the data (eg. I pair my device with the app on my phone...results in the paired device on my computer being lost.)
I'm in a group competition and cannot seem to link my fit bit to track my steps with that group. (even though, on my phones app, it has tons of step data from weeks prior, that will not go on the group leaderboard)

If any of the steps came from manually logged activities, they will not count on challenges.
For the computer, are you looking at the fitbit.com dashboard or the Windows 10 app? Do you mean that the computer shows no data at all? If so, check you are logged in with the same account.
Are you sure your tracker has synced? Steps can show on your phone but not get to computer display until they are synced to the Fitbit server database.

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you aren't seeing the same information on both your computer and phone. As @JohnnyRow said please check that you are viewing the same account. The fact that when you setup your tracker on your phone it disappears from your computer does sound as if you have two accounts. Once you are viewing the same account the data shown should be the same in both your computer and phone.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi. I have the same problem. If I enter information on my computer, only some of it is showing on my watch. My watch doesn't show any of the food or water I log on my computer. Please help.
Thank you

I have had the same problem made worse by having a cell phone and two computers. I often had different sleep data on different computers. Sometimes the sleep data patterns on one computer were vertical lines. All three systems are on the same email. I got almost all of the data synced to read the same by deleting then reinstalling FITBIT on computers and cell phone. The only problem that remains is sleep data differs a bit between cell phone and computers. Cell phone shows sleep on Tuesday and Wednesday and the same data on the computers is shown on Monday and Tuesday. Is that a program problem?
