Connection difficulties with iPhone XS

hi,

i'm new to this forum and would like some help. My charge 2 is not detected by my phone though earlier it was working well enough. The problem started after I returned from abroad recently. I followed all the suggestions given in this forum and elsewhere but the problem persists.Help plzzz!

I'd like to begin appreciating your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior posting. I'd like to gather more information to provide you with helpful information to resolve this matter. That said, can you please let me know if you're unable to setup your Charge 2 with your iPhone XS or difficulties with the syncing process? Also, can you please let me know which troubleshooting steps you already tried? I'd like to provide you with some steps but not obviously the ones that you already tried, my intention is to resolve this situation as soon as possible!
