My charge 2 is no longer connecting to my phone. I tried restarting my charge 2, but it didn't connect

Having same problem with my Charge 2!!!!! No response from Fitbit!!!!!! Waiting for us to buy new I guess!!!! FYI....not going to happen

Mine stopped connecting at the same time. None of the suggested fixes have worked for me.

I was talking to them for over a hour yesterday!!!! Went through a s%^t house of stuff!!! Nothing worked!!!! Their answer was “wait for next update on Fitbit and phone!!!” This is my wife’s!!! I have the exact same setup and mine works fine!!! Time to move to another brand I guess!!!

Mine hasn’t been sending text notifications ever since the iPhone update. I’ve went through every troubleshooting fix I can find. Still nothing. I may or may not get alerts for calls.
