Twice this week my charge 2 has been off by 10 minutes. It seems to reset to correct time of day if I sync with my phone. Have been wearing since January with no problems.

@58comstock Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! How often do you sync your tracker? It will get the time updated when you sync it but if you leave it for a long time without syncing then it may lose the correct time. Still you can try restarting the tracker 3 times in a row by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Also make sure it is fully charged.
Let me know how it goes!

My charge 2 after trying your fix a few times (of 3 times each) did not work. It doesn't sync at all. What should I do about that?
