My Fitbit is 2 years old, so out of warranty. I have a crack running down either side of the screen. I would like to purchase a replacement screen.

Unfortunately, the screens can't be repaired or replaced.
The warranty in the UK is 2 years from purchase so could it be that you are still just covered? I suggest contacting customer support to check your status and discuss your options: contact.fitbit.com
