Very disappointed with fitbit over cracked screen on my charge 2. Out of warranty but watch is in immaculate condition other than the screen suddenly cracking for no reason. Mentioned the disappointment to family members and THREE of them have also had their screens cracked.
Offered a 25% discount which I wont be taking up as I fear is just a waste of money and may have problems with other items. Basically a watch should last longer than this when taken care of and I'm not in the position to keep replacing every couple of years.
Will be looking at alternatives on the market and in the meantime my phone can track my fitness.
Poor show fitbit!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Charge 2 screen. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
