My Charge 2 screen has cracked overnight. Looks like this is a fundamental design flaw from what I've read, and has impacted loads of customers.
It looks like Fitbit are aware that this is a fundamental flaw, but have they provided any remedy to the problem?
Its a real shame as I love the product & app experience. Would love to stay, but if the products are so flawed, and the manufacturer is not providing a solution, I'll take my custom elsewhere.

Mine has done the same. Two lines from top to bottom. I came on here to find a way to contact fit bit to get new screen and come across a post about screen cracking after flying. Mines just done it after flying back from america. Very disappointed
