Hi, 

How can I export my heart rate and oxygenation to CSV?  I'd like to understand my health data better.

 

Is it possible to download this data, or is it restricted activity in soe places/

Hi, @Westerj , you need to do this from the web based platform.  You will find a link to this on every page in the Community forum, at the top right.  Please click on “Dashboard” from this page, which will take you there.  From the dashboard click on the gear icon (top right) and then select “settings” from the drop down menu.  Under setting find “data export” and follow the instructions from there.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Can I suggest a date range and which metric I want to pull?  Heart rate, yesterday..... For example. Are there any restrictions placed by any regulatory bodies to the availability of such data?

What regulations govern or affect what Fitbit/Google is allowed to provide?  Does the SPO2 reading need to have a certain accuracy ?
