Data not syncing for a specific date range

Hello! My Charge 3 is having issues, whether it's my phone app or my device.

Sometime in the middle of July 6th, my device stopped syncing with my phone app. A couple days after that, I charged my device with no problems. I checked a few days after that to make sure my data was being synced (as I routinely have problems with syncing after charging my device and have come to expect needing to re-pair my app and device). It wasn't.

That was when I discovered it had stopped syncing several days before I thought. I did my normal re-pairing routine, expecting the missing data to sync. It didn't.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I've followed suggestions from the forum for similar problems regarding logging out, turning off my phone with my bluetooth off, letting it sit a few minutes, turning it back on, turning on bluetooth, then logging in on my app again to resync. I've rebooted my device multiple times.

It syncs, it just isn't pulling that information for some reason.

The only thing I can figure is either someone hacked my account (my password wouldn't work when I tried to log in and I had to create a new one) or something glitched bad enough that my account doesn't recognize that time-frame between July 6th and 12th.

@Brilyana Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your missing data. If your tracker wasn't syncing and you removed the tracker from your account then the data that wasn't synced may have been lost. You can manually log a walking or running activity to have a record your account.

Let me know how it goes.

It's never had that problem before. As I said, I've gotten used to my device not syncing after I charge it and having to re-pair it. Each time I've done that in the past, the data synced. Also the fact that it synced the data for that day.

It's just odd.

If I lost the data, I lost the data. I won't be heartbroken about it. I do have to say, though, that this has just made me more curious about the competitors.
