I just sent this email to customer service.....any advice?
Hello,
I woke up this morning, and my Fitbit Charge2 was unresponsive. I charged it overnight on Wednesday (today is Friday for me). The green heart rate monitor lights are giving a weak flash, but not their usual strobe. The screen is completely black. I cannot get it to start by pushing and holding the button for 4 or even 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting attempted:
I verified the charger was plugged into the wall.
I plugged the Fitbit in to charge and made sure all ports and buttons were aligned.
I cleaned the back side of the Fitbit and charger with alcohol as suggested.
Still no change even after being cleaned and placed on the cleaned charging unit for 3 hours.
Please help with any further suggestions for troubleshooting. If the issue is not resolved, I would like a replacement per the terms of the warranty.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Marie
