I have atleast 12 lines of dead pixels on the screen of my Charge 3. This is the replacement for my original one that had the same problem a year and a half ago., now my current one is 7 months old and has started getting the same problem. I have done both short and long resets, changed the clock face back to its original and nothing is working should I return it to my retailer and do another swap? Thanks.
