I have Notifications From my Fitbit on my phone back almost 2 years and haven’t been getting any notifications since June 17 of this year...how do I delete all these old notifications ?

@Debbi53 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't get rid of the notifications on your app. These should be automatically deleted after 30 days except friend request in which case you need to manually decline them. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and then log back in. Also if you are using an Android phone go to settings > apps > Fitbit and clear the apps cache there.

 Why can’t we just delete these notifications  as we read them? Seems like we should be able to do that pretty easily. I have notifications  that are six months old. I don’t want any of them. This is really irritating because it should be a no-brainer. Swipe it and delete it.

I have notifications from August 2017 through June 2018 in app. I haven’t received any since those June ones and I can’t delete any of them. They list assuredly are not dropping off after 30 days. Please provide an answer that works.
