Despite making sure my fitbit is well charged and wearing it on every position imaginable up my forearm I can only get simplified sleep details but I used to get the sleep stage info regularly - seems to have been an issue since end June last year - I assumed it was due to the fact I wasn't sleeping much but now that is sorted I'm still not getting the full info. Suggestions?

Hello @jhooker6 and @RickFit627, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your posts. There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages, find them as follows:
Let me know if you continue experiencing the same issue after taking into consideration the above information.
Best AnswerUnfortunately this is exactly the same as the info given on the screen and I have tried all of this. As before June last year I used to get the full info pretty much all the time, it suggests that something changed then - was there a software update around that time that could be responsible? I have even tried wearing it on the other wrist and that didn't work either! The only thing I have yet to try, but will do so later this week, is swapping the wrist band in case that is the issue as I certainly don't have the original band anymore but think the replacement has been on longer than that.
Best Answer@ RicardoFitbit ... thank you for the information and suggestions. I tried everything you mentioned, but I'm still getting the same results. Nothing seems to allowing me to get the detailed sleep stage results like I used to.
