Device not vibrating with notifications

My charge 2 isn't vibrating for any of the notifications. I've restarted the Fitbit, reset notifications, and I've even unpaired from the Bluetooth. I've restarted/turned off my phone after allthese things and just restarted/turned off in general. Nothing seems to get it to work

Hi @Jafoster84, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if your Charge 2 isn't vibrating at all? For example, when you setup an alarm or when you charge it? Also, which mobile device are you using with your device? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then?

In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.

It looks like it's just for text messages. I have a Samsung Galaxy s10. I'm
not exactly sure when it started this because I haven't worn it in about
half a week. I just noticed it yesterday though. I went through the
troubleshooting steps again just in case and still nothing.

Your update is appreciated @Jafoster84, sorry for the delayed reply.

Seems odd that this issue is affecting only the vibration of the text messages notifications. To further investigate, can you please let me know if your Samsung Galaxy S10 is running Android 10? We are currently aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on specific Samsung devices that are running Android 10.

Looking forward to your reply.

I am having the same problem.  I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps that I have seen, and it still doesn't work.  I have an Android telephone and the notifications were working fine until recently.  If I set a silent alarm, it does vibrate.  I really do miss it vibrating with calls and texts on my phone.

I have researched this for weeks.  I have an IPhone 6.  My Charge 2 simply stopped vibrating for text messages.  I have followed all the steps.  At this point it seems that it can only be a conspiracy to force users to purchase a new fitbit.  If anyone has answers, please post.
