My Fitbit C2 was finally working the way it is supposed to and now it doesn't. After the last update for the sleep score now I don't receive my text messages and my phone calls are always the previous person. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. As well as, I have placed it on the charger and rebooted it. Why when there's an update to improve there then a is a problem with the other features? How soon will this be resolved and will it effect the latest update of improvements?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced the difficulties described on your post and how many times since then? Which mobile device you're using to sync your Fitbit?
In the meantime I receive your answers, If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.

The problem with the incorrect caller id is now being treated as a known issue by fitbit. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
