How do I brighten the display light on my Charge Fitbit? The display shows up but its very dim and not as bright as it used to be? Please help!

I'm sorry but there are no setings to change the brightness.

@k_FIT Welcome to our Community! While @SteveH is right when explaining that there is no setting to adjust the screen brightness if you are saying that it was brighter then this could mean your tracker may be having a malfunction. Please fully charge your device and restart it. If this doesn't correct the issue then contact our Support Team. They should be able to assist you with this situation.

Same happened to my Fitbit.  I’m wondering if it is broken.  Anybody experienced the same issue?

It happened to me as well! I could only read the time and nothing else! So, I called Fitbit and luckily I had a warranty on it and they gave me a free new one or a chance to get 50% off another purchase with Fitbit! I chose the new free one and it just came it works amazing!

I am having the same problem.  It seems like every fitbit I have owned only lasts 6-8 months before I have to get a new one.  I can hardly read the screen.  I have charged and reset it multiple times.

Mine too. When I reset it, it’s bright for a second then dims to “normal mode” again. I can never read it outside. I have a feeling this is a software glitch, or perhaps even more sinister, a planned glitch to make us buy more fitbits. Either way, it sucks.

Mine too.  Anyone figured out how to fix it?

Does this mean the light will never work again?
