My Fitbit charge 2’s screen randomly stopped turning on... it will still buzz and connect with my phone and the green lights are still flashing but the screen won’t turn on. I tried resetting it but all it did was glitch white pixelated lines and then will turn back off. Nothing happened between it working and it not working what do I do?!

Seems odd that the display of your Charge 2 is not working as the way we designed it, thanks for trying our restart process previous to posting. I'd like to let you know that our Customer Support team was contacted on your behalf to receive further assistance directly with them.
