Charge 3 is recording all activities but the screen is black & I cannot see the clock face. I have tried changing the clock face with no results. I am syncing to a Android LG phone which is recording all activities. In the past few weeks the display has become fainter until now it is black.

My fitbit charge 3 has a black screen and I have tried plugging it in to the charging cable and restarting it. I feel vibrations but nothing is happening. The device is not turning off nor showing a progress bar or the battery charger. I have only had my fitbit for 2 months. It is tracking my info but I have no screen on the unit itself.

I have tried everything you have suggested in your posts, but I have never received a direct response from the support team. As many fitbit wearers are experiencing this even with new fitbits, is anything going to be done about it? Mine has been like it since April, exactly one year after purchase, so I guess I won't be buying another one from you but will switch to a more reliable brand
