The display on my Charge 2 stopped working. I get nothing. It still syncs to my phone, but no display and no notifications. I have restarted multiple times, but no change. Anyone else experience this?

I'm having similar problems with my Charge 2 to others on this thread. Display is stuck at either 11:46 or 4:32, but the device seems to be tracking still-- my stats show up in the dashboard here. Resets, charging, changing the clock face, reinstall app on iPhone-- none worked.
Guessing I need a new tracker. The one thing I really have liked about the Fitbit over the past year is that the sleep sensor seems significantly more accurate than the Garmin devices that I tried. Does anyone here have a rec for a tracker that is good on sleep tracking?

Same thing happened to me. But because my warranty is only good for so long I basically got an email from Support that said “Sorry about that. Here’s 25% off your next Fitbit.”
I’m thinking, are these things designed to break after the warranty so you have to purchase another?! How does the screen just suddenly stop working? All I did was wake up and put it on my wrist, it’s not like I fell on the screen. Fitbit doesn’t care about solving this widespread problem. SCAM!

My fitbit is 2 years old - worked fine till now - the display is now gone. The phone works, vibrates and syncs. Very recently, i unpaired the phone from my android and then realized that i cannot pair it again since i cannot view the 4 digit number. is there any way to a) restart the display and b) pair the phone without the display

This is my situation, too. I feel like the company just wants me to buy a new one to replace this one.

I have tried the suggestions with regard to restarting a fully charged fitbit 2 in order to get the display to reset but still have been unsuccessful. Any other suggestions. It still works and is linked to my phone but I use it as a watch so, not having a display is very frustrating.
