My display started having a few horizontal lines going through it. That was one or two days ago. Then starting today, the entire display has been going completely black. But somehow my Fitbit is still able to keep track of steps, calories burned, etc., as evidence but updates on my cell's app. I've tried to reset the Fitbit not zero improvement to my situation. What should I do? Thanks.

My Fitbit 2 display also stopped working properly lately and I tried resetting it. The first attempt resulted in the display appearing with lines through it. I reset it again and got no display at all, although other functions work ok. I took it off and let the battery run down to see what happened. I should say that I was on holidays at the time and was unable to investigate properly until now. I am currently recharging, but I don't hold out much hope. Please help.

My Fitbit Charge 2 went black as well. The display lights were not fully displaying yesterday only to completely go black today. I've tried restarting numerous times. No luck. I received the Charge 2 as a gift last Christmas. Not sure what to do at this point. Please advise.

My display is having the same issue... started as a horizontal line through the time and now it’s most of the clock face... multiple horizontal lines through the display screen
