I have just had to return my Charge 3 after only buying it on 3/11/18.
Display stopped working for no apparent reason. Store Tech said he had never seen it happen before. So replaced it. So not impressed.

I was told yesterday via livechat that replacing my Charge 3 wasn't an option even though it's under warranty

Oh, I think I know why they won't replace it.
Google is buying fitbit and they don't want them to see that the Charge 3 has an issue:

I returned mine with receipt to where I bought them, argos...this is my 5th!! There was never an issue. They just took it back each time and replaced it.

Tried it. Nothing works, now skipping sync. I was happy you upgrades the plastic that used to break now this. My third Fitbit and still breaking. That's it.

That sucks although I am on my 5th replacement so replacements defective also

I tried this solution is I have had a black screen and its not worked at all.
