Display on Charge 3 stopped working

I have just had to return my Charge 3 after only buying it on 3/11/18. 

Display stopped working for no apparent reason. Store Tech said he had never seen it happen before. So replaced it. So not impressed.

I have had 2 replaced so far with the same thing. 😱😱

They have replaced them but it’s not the point, they were bought for s
reason.

Exactly. I was thinking of upgrading to the watch though now have serious reservations.

I spoke directly to the company and my problem was solved thankfully. I do love my charge. Good luck with yours don't give up yet call the company

They are replacing the device (I wish also the charger). After reading more posts, it doesn’t seem random.

They replaced my people also I put it in and have had no trouble hope yours is as good as mine

I am on my 3rd and so far it is ok, but |I too feel they should have
replaced the charger too, for all the inconvenience if nothing else.

I’m confused, what button is the button to push down for the long restart? The clock face?

I was told yesterday via livechat that replacing my Charge 3 wasn't an option even though it's under warranty

That’s odd under warranty they should replace bad pub for them

Hi,

I have had 2 replaced as the first replacement didn't work either, Have you
had this for more than a year?

I would go back to them and ask to speak to a manager.

Oh, I think I know why they won't replace it. 

Google is buying fitbit and they don't want them to see that the Charge 3 has an issue:

I returned mine with receipt to where I bought them, argos...this is my 5th!! There was never an issue. They just took it back each time and replaced it.

Tried it. Nothing works, now skipping sync. I was happy you upgrades the plastic that used to break now this. My third Fitbit and still breaking. That's it.

That sucks although I am on my 5th replacement so replacements defective also

I tried this solution is I have had a black screen and its not worked at all. 

 

Anything you can suggest?

I called customer service and they sent me a shipping label to return it. I
should be getting a replacement soon.
