First the update, then the battery drain, then all of a sudden it works again and now, white line, then that is also gone. Black screen nothing on reboot except for vibrations. No smiley face, no codes, and when bring up the app everything is gone except for CALORIES! Why do I care about calories when I'm tracking exercise, steps and sleep...all of those are gone! I tried restarting. Nothing happens, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing happens. I still have a black screen that will vibrate and do nothing else. My Charge 3 worked fine. I updated and now there are problems. I refuse, I repeat, I refuse to upgrade or buy another Fitbit when there are better trackers out there. Get it together! Fix what I have or lose me forever!
